Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced or entry-level Tele Sales Executive with a customer-oriented approach to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and achieve targets. Your role will involve cross-selling and up-selling our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of all communication. You will collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure a seamless customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you should be persuasive, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment. The ideal candidate will follow provided sales scripts while demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for calling both existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products, accurately processing orders, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to persuade customers to purchase our products and services.

Use provided sales scripts to engage customers and drive sales.

Accurately record details of customer purchase orders and process them promptly.

Cross-sell and up-sell products and services where applicable to increase sales volume.

Resolve customer complaints by liaising with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.

Continuously meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service by adhering to the company’s service standards.

Maintain a professional and friendly approach with all customers to foster long-term relationships.
