Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth through effective communication, lead generation, and excellent customer support. This position is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to promote products and services.

Generate quality leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain detailed records of all calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
