SIPA, an Italian leader in beverage, food, and packaging machinery, is hiring a Technical Operations Manager for its Middle East branch. The role involves overseeing technical service operations, managing field technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality support for SIPA machinery and systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee installation, maintenance, and support of SIPA machinery in the region.

Act as the primary technical contact for customers, managing urgent requests.

Lead and coordinate field technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Monitor technician performance and skill development while maintaining accurate records.

Collaborate with HQ Customer Service and HR for recruitment and training of new technicians.

Ensure technical and administrative efficiency within the Middle East branch.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Arabic (Mandatory).
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical field.

Experience in Beverage filling lines/PET packaging, with expertise in technical service and spare parts management.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanics, electrics, PLCs, and industrial machinery.
-
Leadership experience in managing field technicians.
-
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Additional Details:

Willingness to travel across the Middle East and occasionally to other countries.

Reporting to: Branch Management and HQ Customer Service team.
