Job Description:

BESTSELLER is seeking a Tech and Data Coordinator to join its Business Development Department in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a data-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment. In this role, you will take ownership of business intelligence reporting, drive tech adoption, and contribute to business optimization through data and system expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Power BI Ownership:

    • Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and maintenance of Power BI reports across multiple business units.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and strategic opportunities.

  • System Expertise:

    • Become a key expert in internal sales systems such as “Digital Showroom” and “MORE.”

    • Provide ongoing support and training to sales teams and customers.

  • Tech Enablement:

    • Champion regional tech capability building by facilitating the adoption of key digital tools and technologies.

  • Ad Hoc Analysis:

    • Support various data-related projects, market research tasks, and business development initiatives.

  • Project Coordination:

    • Manage organizational tasks for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

    • Coordinate the implementation of automated replenishment systems.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a tech-related position.

  • Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI reports.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.

  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage projects independently.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Interest in the fashion industry and a desire to grow within a global company.
