Job Description:
BESTSELLER is seeking a Tech and Data Coordinator to join its Business Development Department in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a data-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment. In this role, you will take ownership of business intelligence reporting, drive tech adoption, and contribute to business optimization through data and system expertise.
Responsibilities:

Power BI Ownership:
-
Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and maintenance of Power BI reports across multiple business units.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and strategic opportunities.

System Expertise:
-
Become a key expert in internal sales systems such as “Digital Showroom” and “MORE.”

Provide ongoing support and training to sales teams and customers.
-

Tech Enablement:
-
Champion regional tech capability building by facilitating the adoption of key digital tools and technologies.

Ad Hoc Analysis:
-
Support various data-related projects, market research tasks, and business development initiatives.

Project Coordination:
-
Manage organizational tasks for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
-
Coordinate the implementation of automated replenishment systems.
-
Qualifications:
-
2–3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a tech-related position.

Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI reports.
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.

Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage projects independently.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
