Cartier is seeking a Team Leader – Sales 1 to act as a boutique ambassador and lead a team of Sales Associates in Dubai. This role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching and engaging the team, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and supporting the boutique’s operational excellence. The ideal candidate will embody Cartier’s values and be a role model for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Boutique Performance

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates, setting individual and team goals.

• Monitor performance against expectations and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.

• Maximise business opportunities through effective sales floor management and visible support to the team.

Floor Supervision

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to Cartier policies and client experience standards.

• Manage client flow and staff coordination during shifts.

• Support Sales Associates in client interactions and operational tasks.

Team Management & People Development

• Provide on-the-spot coaching to ensure sales interactions meet Cartier standards.

• Conduct briefings, communicate clearly with team members, and evaluate performance.

• Define individual development plans and foster an inclusive, positive work environment.

• Assist in identifying team skills for recruitment and development purposes.

Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

• Promote a client-centric mindset within the boutique.

• Implement and monitor clienteling activities, helping team members build long-term client relationships.

• Support portfolio growth and track ROI for client relationship programs.

Product Category Management

• Act as a point of reference for a defined product category.

• Provide feedback on product performance, market trends, and client insights.

• Lead internal communication, visual merchandising, training, and team engagement around the category.
