English Path is seeking a dynamic Teaching and Learning Coordinator to support high standards in academic delivery, teaching quality, and student engagement. This pivotal role combines teacher mentoring, academic coordination, and curriculum innovation to ensure an exceptional language learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities
Young Learner Coordination

Support student placement, induction, and classroom resource allocation

Manage schedules, classroom logistics, and assist with student support

Ensure quality and consistency across the Young Learner (YL) team
Teaching & Learning | Curriculum

Monitor lesson planning and feedback analysis for quality improvement

Guide teachers in differentiated and personalized learning approaches
-
Track academic progress and help define academic targets
Teacher Development & CPD
-
Observe lessons and deliver actionable, constructive feedback
-
Conduct regular professional development and training sessions
-
Foster reflective teaching and collaborative culture
Programme Quality & Curriculum Design

Contribute to curriculum and academic materials development
-
Support quality assurance goals and academic reviews
-
Represent English Path in external training, seminars, and workshops
Teaching Duties
-
Teach up to 15 hours per week

Lead student tutorials, clinics, and evaluations
-
Maintain academic records and support long-term academic planning
Qualifications and Skills
-
Required: DELTA, Trinity DipTESOL, or equivalent at Master’s level
-
Preferred: Master’s in TESOL or Applied Linguistics
-
Proven teaching and academic coordination experience in multilingual environments

Confident mentoring junior teachers and leading CPD initiatives

Skilled in EdTech tools and hybrid learning models
-
Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent at time management

Strong collaboration and communication skills
