Puffy, one of the fastest-growing mattress brands in the US, is hiring a Talent Attraction Specialist to join their global team. This remote, full-time role is your gateway to redefining how top talent is engaged and retained at scale. You’ll shape Puffy’s global employer brand, optimize recruitment strategies, and use cutting-edge tools and analytics to build high-performance hiring funnels.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy Development: Build actionable talent acquisition strategies aligned with Puffy’s growth plans. Conduct market research, map talent, and define candidate personas for targeted outreach.

Employer Branding: Design data-driven campaigns across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Instagram. Develop creative content like employee testimonials, videos, and stories.

Recruitment Operations: Optimize recruiting workflows using AI tools and chatbots like Gleen. Improve candidate experience and hiring velocity.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key TA metrics, develop dashboards, and provide insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness and ROI.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3+ years in Talent Acquisition with expertise in strategy, branding, recruitment ops, or analytics.

Hands-on content creation skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or video/photo editing tools.

Analytical mindset with experience using ATS, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Insights.

Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with AI tools, recruitment chatbots, and global team environments is a plus.
