Job Overview:
Xiaomi is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions in the UAE. The role involves strategic planning of talent acquisition, ensuring efficient hiring processes, and building a sustainable talent pool aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Understand the company, department, and market to plan talent reserves and recruitment strategies.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: identifying needs, defining talent profiles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating offers.

Provide professional candidate assessments and ensure smooth onboarding follow-ups.

Conduct industry research, talent mapping, and provide insights to support recruitment decisions.

Optimize recruitment processes and standards to improve efficiency and selection methodologies.

Coordinate resources across departments to achieve recruitment goals effectively.

Analyze management team needs to develop and retain talent, building a sustainable talent pipeline.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Honest, integrity-driven, and eager to learn.

Proficiency in English (preferred as working language).

Experience recruiting for at least two types of roles (e.g., sales, marketing, functions, technology).

Experience in headhunting or recruitment firms is a plus.

Ability to analyze, summarize, and apply problem-solving methods effectively.
