Job Description:
Miral Experiences is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical & Entertainment to join its HR team. This full-time hybrid position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, making offers, and supporting onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting for technical and entertainment roles and will contribute to building a robust and diverse talent pipeline to meet the company’s future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring strategies.

  • Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.

  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and generate hiring reports.

  • Conduct reference checks and assist with salary negotiations.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions.

  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment marketing.

  • Collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding and workforce planning.

  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools to streamline the hiring process.

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

  • Analyze market trends to advise on talent availability and workforce planning.

  • Implement improvements in recruitment strategies and processes based on best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

  • 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably for technical and entertainment roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.

  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and HR software.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience recruiting within theme parks, entertainment, or events industries.
