Astra Tech, a leading tech company and creator of the world’s first Ultra App, Botim, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contract. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to support Astra Tech’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned roles, from briefing to offer management.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.

Source, attract, and engage top talent using multiple platforms and direct sourcing techniques.

Ensure a professional and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Support employer branding initiatives and talent projects.

Track recruitment metrics and report regularly to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:

3–5 years of recruitment experience, including both agency and in-house roles.

Proven success hiring for technology roles (software engineers, product managers, IT specialists) and business roles (marketing, finance, operations).

Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
