Role Overview:
IMI is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding. The role requires collaboration with business partners and hiring managers to meet the organization’s talent needs efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:

Publish job postings across job boards, social media, and other platforms.

Use sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates.

Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and create qualified shortlists.

Coordinate interviews and facilitate assessment and feedback processes.

Partner with HR and hiring managers to align on job specifications and requirements.

Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal teams.

Support onboarding in coordination with HR, IT, and operations.

Stay compliant with internal policies, local labor laws, and audit requirements.

Manage ATS and maintain accurate candidate records.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).

3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience (media industry preferred).

Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

Proficiency in using social media for recruitment.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities.

Strong attention to detail and time management.
