Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to successful onboarding.

• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

• Continuously enhance the recruitment process to ensure quality hires and an excellent candidate experience.

• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

• Offer constructive feedback to candidates and maintain professionalism at all stages.

• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically within the Middle East.

• Prior experience in a recruitment firm is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• High degree of autonomy, motivation, and passion for talent development.

• Experience with high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality standards.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or French is a strong advantage.
