The role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and supporting exit formalities. The successful candidate will bring strong healthcare recruitment experience and the ability to manage large-scale talent acquisition aligned with manpower planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational workforce plans.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.

• Conduct recruitment activities within approved budgets and in compliance with UAE labour laws.

• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and agencies.

• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for present and future hiring requirements.

• Represent the hospital at career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events to enhance employer branding.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offering, and onboarding.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, People Practices, Onboarding, CXOs) for smooth handover.

• Support pre-joining formalities, visa processing, induction, and onboarding.

• Handle exit formalities for departing staff, ensuring a professional and respectful process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (mandatory).

• Proven experience in in-house recruitment within the healthcare industry (essential).

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, workforce planning, and compliance with UAE labour laws.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
