Responsibilities:

• Share Flowmingo’s AI-powered hiring platform with HR and recruiting networks.

• Introduce decision-makers to a tool that reduces time-to-hire and hiring costs significantly.

• Educate new users on integrating Flowmingo into their recruitment process.

• Provide product feedback to help enhance platform features.

• Work independently and earn based on successful client referrals.

Skills & Requirements:

• Background in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (agency or consulting experience preferred).

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to explain product value clearly to hiring teams.

• Entrepreneurial mindset—self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

• Existing network within HR and recruitment is highly advantageous.
