This role is flexible, referral-based, and commission-driven—ideal for HR professionals, recruiters, and consultants with strong networks who want to earn while helping companies streamline hiring.
Responsibilities:

Share Flowmingo’s AI-powered hiring platform with HR and recruiting networks.

Introduce decision-makers to a tool that reduces time-to-hire and hiring costs significantly.

Educate new users on integrating Flowmingo into their recruitment process.

Provide product feedback to help enhance platform features.

Work independently and earn based on successful client referrals.
Skills & Requirements:

Background in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (agency or consulting experience preferred).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to explain product value clearly to hiring teams.

Entrepreneurial mindset—self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

Existing network within HR and recruitment is highly advantageous.
