Securitas UAE is looking for a System Engineer in the Technology and Services department. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technology systems, including security systems, access control, and IP cameras. The System Engineer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Configuration: Install and configure security systems, magnetic locks, intercoms, and IP cameras, ensuring proper functionality and system integration with existing infrastructure.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

• Technical Support: Provide client support, respond to inquiries, offer training on system usage and maintenance, and document solutions for recurring issues.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of installations, repairs, and system configurations, and prepare reports on system performance and resolved issues.

• Safety and Compliance: Ensure installations comply with safety protocols, local regulations, and industry standards.

• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with project management and other technical teams to meet deadlines, share knowledge, and provide feedback on systems and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT Engineering, or related technical field.

• Experience: Prior experience as a technician in the security services industry.

• Skills: Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting IP-based systems (cameras, access control, intercoms, gate barriers), and knowledge of IP protocols and networking principles.

• Competencies: Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
