Platinum Sports, a premium swimming and fitness coaching company in Dubai, is seeking a passionate Swim Coach and Venue Lead to join its growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced swim coach to educate children and adults of all levels, while also managing venue operations and contributing to the growth of the aquatics program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality swimming lessons for all age groups and skill levels.

• Lead daily venue operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and professional standards.

• Manage scheduling, pool usage, and client communication.

• Collaborate with the venue manager to develop partnerships and enhance offerings.

• Expand and improve the aquatics program through new initiatives and opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Swim England (ASA) Level 2 or equivalent internationally recognized swim coaching certification.

• Valid lifeguard certification.

• Full driving license.

• Strong English communication skills (additional languages preferred).

• Experience coaching both children and adults.

• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

• Aqua Fitness qualifications (desirable).
