Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a dynamic Supervisor – Operations for Riverland to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role involves managing frontline operations, resolving guest issues, supervising the team, and contributing to the success of events and attractions. As a key player in Dubai’s entertainment sector, this full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Riverland operations efficiently, covering for Duty and Operations Managers when required.

• Address and resolve guest and tenant issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor commercial partners’ compliance and performance.

• Supervise, train, and lead the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.

• Participate in events and activations to ensure seamless execution from an operational standpoint.

• Identify operational challenges and escalate them for resolution.

• Oversee crowd flow and ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

• Submit maintenance issues and service requests to the concerned teams.

• Maintain administrative documentation and approvals.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within operations or hospitality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools.

• Strong knowledge of basic health and safety principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
