The Dubai EDITION, a signature Marriott International property, is looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Supervisor – At Your Service to lead and enhance the guest services experience. This full-time, on-site role is part of the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team and plays an integral role in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide the At Your Service team in providing prompt and courteous guest support.
• Ensure communication and service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Handle guest concerns and special requests with efficiency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with various departments to coordinate seamless guest experiences.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to foster professional growth and service excellence.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in guest services or front-of-house roles in the hospitality sector preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
