Elite HR Consultancy is seeking a Student Travel & Tour Specialist to design, plan, and manage immersive educational travel experiences for students. The role focuses on blending culture, service-learning, and academic enrichment, ensuring safe, engaging, and transformative tours.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with schools to understand educational, cultural, and service-learning goals.

Design comprehensive travel packages including flights, visas, accommodations, meals, and itineraries.

Develop immersive itineraries incorporating education, leadership, culture, and service.

Prepare cost proposals and detailed itineraries for internal teams.

Source, onboard, and manage travel vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and child safeguarding protocols.

Negotiate agreements with airlines, accommodations, and tour operators.

Oversee all trip logistics from pre-departure planning to on-site coordination.

Provide 24/7 support during live trips to ensure safety and seamless delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to align trips with educational goals and support marketing initiatives.

Conduct orientation and briefing sessions for school leaders, parents, and students.
Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing student or group travel programs.

Proven expertise in designing and managing international educational travel experiences.

Strong knowledge of global destinations, visa processes, airline networks, and lodging systems.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Vendor management, negotiation, and budget management skills.

Understanding of student safety, risk assessment, and child protection protocols.

Ability to work under pressure and flexibility for international travel.
-
English proficiency required; Arabic skills a plus.
Salary: Up to AED 8,000
