Job Title: Store Keeper
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Keeper to manage stock, oversee store operations, and lead the team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring the store is organized, and handling customer service, all while contributing to sales growth through effective stock management and promotional campaigns.
To thrive in this role, you must be able to multitask, handle pressure with professionalism, and demonstrate excellent leadership skills while managing both stock and staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor sales and manage stock levels, ensuring items are reordered when necessary.

Oversee and train store staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new products or seasonal specials.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Resolve any conflicts or issues between staff or customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Regularly update inventory records, perform stock checks, and manage the procurement of new products.
Skills & Requirements:

Must be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Professional and well-presented at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Prior retail experience, particularly in a managerial or supervisory role, is highly preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
