Majid Al Futtaim is looking for a Steward / Kitchen Porter to join their team at MAF Entertainment | SKI. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for performing cleaning duties and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Restaurant Manager.

• Wash and clean dishes according to established performance standards.

• Handle kitchen equipment with care to reduce damage to cutlery and crockery.

• Empty rubbish bins and follow scheduled garbage runs.

• Understand cleaning procedures, use of dish machines, and handling chemicals (training provided).

• Ensure the work area remains clean and organized at all times.

• Assist the kitchen team during operational periods, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Fluency in English (spoken).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality with a team-oriented attitude.

• Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
