Role Overview:
Indoguna Productions FZCO is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join their on-site team in Dubai. This is a full-time role focused on maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene of all kitchen and food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks as directed by supervisors

• Sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, surfaces, and food prep areas following food safety standards

• Operate dishwashing machines and manage cleaning supplies appropriately

• Handle kitchen waste and recyclables in compliance with sanitation protocols

• Maintain hygiene in stewarding areas including floors, walls, and storage/waste areas

• Support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean equipment and tools

• Promptly report any maintenance needs or equipment malfunctions

• Follow all personal hygiene and safety guidelines while on duty

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational certificate

• 1–2 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen sanitation, preferably in food production or hospitality

• Strong verbal communication skills in English

• Recognized Food Handling/Sanitation Certificate (mandatory)

• Good physical stamina and attention to cleanliness

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
