Kalamcx, in partnership with Future Group, a global leader in digital experience and language solutions, is hiring a Spanish to English Medical Interpreter (OPI/VRI). This remote role is essential for enabling effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. The interpreter will provide accurate interpretation during medical appointments, translate medical documents, and ensure clarity in sensitive healthcare conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time over-the-phone (OPI) and video remote interpretation (VRI) for medical consultations.

• Accurately facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

• Translate medical documents and ensure the correct use of medical terminology.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in medical interpretation (Spanish ↔ English).

• Strong skills in simultaneous interpretation and note-taking.

• Familiarity with medical terminology in both Spanish and English.

• Certification in Medical Interpreting is highly preferred.

• Excellent listening, memory, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage remote assignments.
