Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist with expertise in the apparel and textile manufacturing industry. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai will focus on managing supplier relationships, negotiating costs, and procuring essential materials such as fabrics, trims, and digital printing supplies. A thorough understanding of digital printing materials and supply chain coordination is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers of textiles, garment accessories, and digital printing materials (local & international).

• Negotiate contracts, including pricing, lead times, and payment terms with vendors.

• Align purchase orders with production timelines to maintain a consistent supply chain.

• Track and maintain vendor databases, material specifications, and price records.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to prevent production disruptions.

• Work closely with design, production, and digital printing teams to meet quality and schedule expectations.

• Assess the quality and compatibility of digital printing materials with a variety of fabrics.

• Research emerging materials and sourcing trends, with a focus on sustainability and cost-efficiency.

• Continuously optimize procurement procedures, systems, and vendor performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of procurement/sourcing experience in the garment, textile, or printing industries.

• Solid understanding of textiles, trims, and garment construction.

• Experience with digital printing inks, transfer paper, substrates, and related consumables.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement software.

• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
