Course is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow its social media presence in Al Ain and surrounding regions. This full-time, on-site role focuses on creating engaging content, monitoring channels, analyzing performance, and enhancing brand visibility in alignment with the company’s communication goals.
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to the Al Ain audience.

Create and schedule content (posts, stories, videos) across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Monitor social media channels daily for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.

Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to maintain brand consistency.

Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices in the UAE.

Support online campaigns and events through social media promotion.

Ensure all content complies with company policies and UAE regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for brands or organizations.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Ability to create creative, culturally relevant content for Al Ain audiences.

Proficient in social media analytics and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
-
Knowledge of UAE social media regulations and etiquette.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
