Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and innovative Social Media Specialist to lead our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about Web3, crypto, and NFTs, with a strong understanding of digital content trends and the skills to create impactful, high-performing content. You’ll play a key role in expanding our online reach and building meaningful community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and eye-catching graphics using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar software.

• Manage content calendars and publish across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.

• Write compelling captions, posts, and hashtags tailored to target audiences.

• Monitor and respond to community engagement, trends, and conversations.

• Track KPIs, analyze content performance, and prepare actionable reports.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and blockchain teams to align content with brand identity.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in crypto, NFTs, and social media algorithms.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

• Strong experience in content production—particularly Reels and short-form videos.

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

• Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Twitter Analytics.

• Basic knowledge of blockchain, NFTs, or crypto is a strong advantage.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
