Minimalist.ae, a Dubai-founded luxury lifestyle brand (est. 2016), is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the brand’s complete social media presence and digital engagement strategy. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring Minimalist maintains a strong digital presence across multiple platforms. This position is based at the brand’s headquarters in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns (quarterly, bi-annual, annual).

• Plan and manage content calendars for multi-channel platforms.

• Create and optimize content that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Translate design concepts into creative, brand-aligned content.

• Manage hashtags, organize assets, and identify opportunities for sales or promotions.

• Copywrite engaging social media content and e-mail marketing campaigns.

• Plan, execute, and optimize email blasts.

• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new trends and opportunities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign optimization.

• Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and other platforms.

• Proficiency with tools like Klaviyo, G-Suite, Hootsuite (or similar).

• Copywriting and content creation skills; graphic design knowledge (Adobe Suite) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and audience engagement.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in a digital marketing/social media management role, preferably within UAE-based eCommerce, luxury, fashion, or watch brands.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
