Tajmeel Clinic by Burjeel Holdings is seeking a Social Media & Community Engagement Executive to lead its online brand presence and community-building initiatives. The role involves creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and driving growth through impactful digital strategies in the beauty and oral care sector. The right candidate will be both creative and analytical, with strong social media expertise and community management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.).

• Create and execute community engagement strategies to grow and nurture both online and offline communities.

• Plan, launch, and analyze social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

• Collaborate with influencers, media partners, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.

• Monitor online conversations, respond to followers, and manage brand reputation.

• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (engagement, reach, leads, ROI).

• Stay updated with beauty, oral care, and digital marketing trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing (aesthetics & oral care experience is a strong plus).

• Proven ability to create content that resonates and builds communities.

• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.

• Fluency in English & Arabic (spoken & written).

• Proficiency with content creation tools/software such as CapCut, Canva, Klaviyo, InShots, etc.

• Experience with influencer partnerships and digital collaborations.

• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven with the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
