Tajmeel Clinic is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media & Community Engagement Executive to lead its digital presence and community-building initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi involves shaping the clinic’s social media strategy, engaging with patients and followers, and driving growth through impactful content and campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.).

Develop and implement strategies to expand Tajmeel’s online and offline communities.

Plan, execute, and analyze social campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Collaborate with influencers, media partners, and brand ambassadors to extend reach.

Monitor social conversations, respond to followers, and manage online reputation.

Track, measure, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, ROI).

Stay updated on trends in beauty, oral care, and digital media to ensure relevant content.

Work with internal teams to align campaigns with clinic objectives and customer needs.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

4–6 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing (experience in aesthetics & oral care is a plus).

Proven ability to create content that grows and engages communities.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented.

Skilled in content creation software such as CapCut, Canva, Klaviyo, InShot, etc.

Experience managing multiple campaigns and working with influencers/digital partnerships.
