We are seeking a talented Social Media Brand Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. As a leading provider of medical tourism services, including hair transplant, dental, and plastic surgery, our client is dedicated to offering life-changing care through expert-led, affordable procedures. This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance their global online presence while driving international engagement and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will be strategic, highly creative, and experienced in creating engaging video-first content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for managing content, developing impactful social media strategies, and connecting with audiences across different regions to drive brand awareness and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive multi-platform social media strategy aligned with brand growth and medical tourism objectives.

Content Management: Oversee daily content publishing across key social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Collaborate on Video Content: Work closely with the in-house video production team to produce, optimize, and repurpose video content for maximum engagement.

Storytelling & Engagement: Share patient success stories, procedure insights, staff profiles, and travel experiences through captivating visual content.

Global Brand Awareness: Tailor content for diverse cultural and regional audiences to drive international engagement and brand visibility.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trends in the healthcare, wellness, and travel industries to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a community of brand advocates across all social media platforms.

Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine content strategy and optimize ROI.

Influencer & Partnership Support: Assist with influencer campaigns and collaborative partnerships to expand the brand’s reach.
Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, brand marketing, or digital communications, ideally within the healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or travel sectors.

Video Content Expertise: Strong background in producing and managing video-driven content across social media platforms.

International Marketing: Experience with medical tourism and targeting international audiences with culturally relevant content.

Creative Writing: Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to brand voice and tone.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Metricool, Sprout).

Visual Aesthetics: A creative flair with an eye for trends, design, and visual storytelling.

Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones, bringing ideas to life through collaboration.
Bonus Points:

Experience with video editing or collaborating closely with video producers.

Familiarity with SEO, YouTube strategy, and content localization for global audiences.

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits include health care, air ticket, and visa.
