Keeta is hiring a Settlement Operation Specialist in Dubai to manage financial settlement operations, merchant reconciliation, and process optimization. The role involves reviewing invoices, approving adjustments, coordinating settlements, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle financial settlement operations, including invoice review, adjustment approvals, and confirmation letters.

• Respond to merchant reconciliation and settlement-related financial queries.

• Summarize common reconciliation and settlement issues, prepare training materials, and conduct training sessions.

• Identify reconciliation/settlement issues and suggest optimizations, collaborating with product and research teams for implementation.

• Communicate and coordinate with departments and partners to ensure accurate and timely settlement.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial operation processes and policies.

• Participate in merchant satisfaction surveys, analyze pain points, and collaborate with teams to improve service quality.

• Manage complex cross-departmental and external communications effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Strong logical thinking, initiative, curiosity, and learning ability.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective cross-departmental coordination.

• Prior experience in merchant settlement and reconciliation is preferred.

• Local work experience in the UAE is an advantage.
