Anuvu is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the operational deliverables for airline media cycles. This hybrid role requires managing timelines, ensuring on-time media delivery, monitoring technical services, and coordinating internal and external teams to meet client requirements. The Service Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by tracking and resolving delays, managing issues, and continuously improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the focal point for all operational tasks and services related to airline media cycles.

Manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and quality of media content.

Communicate with internal teams, OEMs, and third-party labs to resolve issues and track file delivery.

Monitor work-in-progress and backlogs to anticipate capacity constraints.
-
Oversee client requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new media specifications.
-
Provide high-level quality control and report on cycle performance.
-
Continuously improve processes and workflows to drive efficiency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, content providers, and key stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in digital distribution supply chain principles.
-
Strong understanding of video/film formats, distribution workflows, and IFE digital supply chains.
-
Proven ability to manage relationships with OEMs and third-party vendors.
-
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
-
High-level problem-solving ability and capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
-
Fluency in English and Arabic (professional working level).
-
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
