🌐 Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in SEO, PPC advertising, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online traffic, improving digital visibility, and managing performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels. This role is vital for boosting brand reach, generating leads, and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.


📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Plan and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.

  • Optimize on-page elements (content, metadata, URLs) and perform technical SEO improvements.

  • Manage backlink acquisition and authority-building campaigns.

  • Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance.

💰 Pay-Per-Click (PPC):

  • Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Bing.

  • Handle audience targeting, bid strategy, and conversion tracking.

  • Run A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements.

  • Maximize ROI while optimizing cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

📱 Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute content strategies across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter).

  • Schedule posts, manage engagement, and track analytics.

  • Coordinate with design/content teams for visually appealing and on-brand creatives.

  • Utilize tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native schedulers.

📣 Integrated Campaigns & Strategy:

  • Plan and execute online campaigns for product promotions, offers, B2B lead generation, and brand awareness.

  • Support email marketing, influencer collaborations, and affiliate initiatives.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies.

📊 Analytics & Reporting:

  • Set up and manage tracking tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM codes, and conversion pixels.

  • Prepare performance reports with insights across all digital marketing functions.

  • Recommend optimizations based on data to improve conversions and ROI.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, and social media.

  • Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush.

  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (BigCommerce, WordPress) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.

  • Self-driven with strong time management and team collaboration abilities.
