We are currently seeking a Senior Travel Agent to join our Abu Dhabi-based team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide array of travel services—from ticketing and car rentals to full itinerary planning. The role demands a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and a drive to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to travel booking inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
• Book and manage tickets for air, train, and bus transportation.
• Handle car rental arrangements and maintain seat inventories.
• Coordinate with airlines, tour operators, and third-party service providers.
• Process customer payments and maintain booking system records using platforms such as Zoho, Amadeus, or Sabre.
• Follow up on travel quotes and pending reservations to maximize conversion rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance and booking reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel reservations, ticketing, or a similar role.
• Strong command of travel arrangements, including car rentals and package coordination.
• Proven sales acumen and client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or equivalent booking software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
