Job Title: Senior Telecom Sales Manager

Apple’s Sales organization is the engine that fuels the development of our world-class products and services. As a Senior Telecom Sales Manager, you will be the face of Apple for our telecom operator partners across the Africa, Islands, and Middle East region. Your mission will be to deepen relationships, drive partner growth strategies, and expand the adoption of the Apple ecosystem through innovative collaboration.
You will report to the Sales Director for Africa, Islands & Middle East, leading efforts both directly and via Apple’s value-added distributor teams, to scale telecom partnerships, improve customer experiences, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with telecom operators across the region.

Develop and implement both tactical and strategic sales plans to exceed Apple’s sell-through targets.

Partner with value-added distributors to manage operator accounts and support strategic growth initiatives.

Collaborate with country sales leaders to ensure alignment with regional goals.

Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to foster effective, long-term partnerships.

Expand Apple’s retail and point-of-sale presence across telecom channels.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and account performance to identify opportunities.

Ensure alignment with Apple’s carrier agreements and brand standards in all sales and marketing activities.

Coordinate marketing campaigns with Apple’s internal marketing and creative teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve trading or operational issues in collaboration with Apple support functions.

Manage reporting tasks, including sales metrics, inventory updates, and internal communications.

Fluent in native-level English
