Position Title: Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the freight forwarding client base, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the regional expansion strategy in the logistics and transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within the forwarding and logistics sector.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue and growth targets.

Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure service excellence.

Prepare tailored proposals and compelling presentations for clients.

Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform sales strategy.

Provide regular reporting on sales forecasts, pipeline development, and client feedback.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.

In-depth knowledge of the forwarding industry and global logistics solutions.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Willing to travel as needed across the region.
