Charterhouse is partnering with a global leader in B2B technology solutions to recruit a Senior Renewals Account Manager for their Dubai office. This role plays a pivotal part in driving customer retention, renewal revenue, and long-term account growth within the Middle East region.

The Senior Renewals Account Manager will manage the complete renewal lifecycle, ensuring smooth contract renewals while proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This individual will work closely with Commercial and Finance teams to optimize customer satisfaction, address client concerns, and maintain pricing consistency in line with company policies. A strong focus will be placed on forecasting renewal revenues, negotiating agreements, and maximizing account value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the full renewal lifecycle for B2B software clients.

• Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer experience issues.

• Maintain accurate forecasts for renewal revenue and manage contract negotiations.

• Build strong client relationships to drive long-term retention and satisfaction.

• Ensure renewal pricing aligns with company guidelines and market competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in renewals, customer success, or account management within a global B2B software company.

• Strong expertise in customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Results-driven mindset with proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
