With a strong commercial acumen, you’ll build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach, business development activities, and a consultative approach to staffing.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute strategic talent searches using multiple platforms and headhunting techniques

Conduct detailed industry and company mapping for targeted recruitment

Represent clients professionally in the market and ensure effective brand positioning

Present shortlists of qualified candidates with market insights and competitive analysis

Prepare well-structured client progress reports and lead status meetings

Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights
