Edari is hiring a Senior Recruiter – Corporate Functions for a 12-month contract role based in Dubai. The selected candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment processes across various corporate departments, offering strategic talent acquisition support to one of the region’s largest organizations. Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs.

Source talent using headhunting, referrals, job boards, and social media.

Act as a strategic recruitment advisor and provide market insights.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Ensure accurate data management using internal ATS systems.
-
Monitor recruitment KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Coordinate with HR operations and onboarding teams for a smooth transition.

Represent and promote the company’s employer brand effectively.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

8–12 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Proven experience sourcing candidates across multiple corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.).

Strong background in stakeholder management and recruitment consulting.

Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Entertainment sectors preferred.

Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
