IFS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex, strategic projects that drive growth and success for the company. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and contribute to the improvement of project management methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to closure

• Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations

• Engage with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations

• Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices

• Mentor and guide junior project managers

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project success

• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in managing mid to large-scale projects, preferably in commercial carriers, MRO, or OEM environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

• Expertise in Agile and traditional project management methodologies

• In-depth experience in systems integration and data integration projects

• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills in English
