Ateca Consulting, on behalf of a globally recognized international bank, is seeking a Senior Private Banker to manage and grow a $250M+ portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) Non-Resident Indian (NRI) and Middle East Arab clients. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for experienced private bankers with strong client origination capabilities and deep networks in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coverage & Relationship Management:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW NRI and Middle East Arab clients

• Deliver personalized wealth, investment, and credit solutions

• Build long-term, culturally sensitive relationships across generations

Portfolio Management & Growth:

• Manage and grow an AUM of $250M+

• Utilize global investment platforms to drive portfolio performance

• Expand wallet share and build multi-family client relationships

New Business Development:

• Onboard new UHNW clients, particularly from India, UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Kuwait

• Leverage personal network, referrals, and market presence to grow the client base

Advisory & Structuring Support:

• Collaborate with product specialists across investment, credit, and wealth planning

• Provide solutions on succession planning, offshore structuring, and family governance

Risk & Compliance:

• Adhere strictly to risk, compliance, and onboarding frameworks

• Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Current AUM: Minimum $250M, managed individually or as part of a team

• Minimum 3+ years tenure at current private bank or financial institution

• 7–15+ years’ experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management

• Client base: UHNW NRI and Middle East Arab individuals and families

• Strong client origination and business development capabilities

• Based in or open to relocation within the Gulf (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

• CFA or similar certification preferred

• Fluent in English; Arabic or Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati) highly advantageous
