The Senior Preaching & Guidance Executive at Erada Center provides spiritual support and religious guidance to patients in treatment programs. The role includes delivering preaching programs, offering counseling, conducting Quran memorization sessions, collaborating with treatment teams, and participating in community awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver preaching and guidance programs as part of daily therapeutic activities.

• Provide individual counseling and spiritual support to patients and families.

• Conduct Quran memorization sessions for inpatients and outpatients.

• Lead prayers in the inpatient clinic.

• Collaborate with the medical treatment team to tailor religious therapeutic programs for patients.

• Promote departmental programs via conferences, seminars, and community awareness events.

• Prepare reports on group therapy sessions and departmental activities.

• Assist in reviewing and applying religious practices in patient care.

• Propose post-treatment programs to help patients maintain religious commitment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sharia, Islamic Studies, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with medical and treatment teams.

• Knowledge of addiction treatment and rehabilitation practices is a plus.
