💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project scheduling, planning, cost control, and performance tracking using WBS and earned value metrics.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed master project schedules and coordinate with contractors to ensure alignment with project milestones.

• Review and approve contractor-submitted schedules, progress reports, procurement logs, and look-ahead plans.

• Implement and manage “Work Order” procedures in collaboration with QA/QC teams.

• Monitor progress by tracking labor hours, quantities, and productivity KPIs to drive corrective actions where needed.

• Identify and assess scope changes and potential risks, providing cost and time impact assessments to stakeholders.

• Participate in contract administration and change management processes.

• Analyze progress performance and generate reports for project leadership and clients.

• Support continuous improvement by providing planning expertise across multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in planning and project controls, with at least 5 years in the UAE.

• Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure or civil works projects in the GCC region.

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning software.

• Familiarity with earned value management (EVM), FIDIC contracts, and project cost control procedures.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documents for scheduling purposes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Collaborative mindset with a keen eye for risk mitigation and project optimization.
