💼 Key Responsibilities:

Lead project scheduling, planning, cost control, and performance tracking using WBS and earned value metrics.

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed master project schedules and coordinate with contractors to ensure alignment with project milestones.

Review and approve contractor-submitted schedules, progress reports, procurement logs, and look-ahead plans.

Implement and manage “Work Order” procedures in collaboration with QA/QC teams.

Monitor progress by tracking labor hours, quantities, and productivity KPIs to drive corrective actions where needed.

Identify and assess scope changes and potential risks, providing cost and time impact assessments to stakeholders.

Participate in contract administration and change management processes.
-
Analyze progress performance and generate reports for project leadership and clients.

Support continuous improvement by providing planning expertise across multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).
-
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in planning and project controls, with at least 5 years in the UAE.

Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure or civil works projects in the GCC region.

Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning software.

Familiarity with earned value management (EVM), FIDIC contracts, and project cost control procedures.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documents for scheduling purposes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
