Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer 

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of solid experience in civil construction planning, particularly in high-rise and mid-rise residential buildings, and must be ready to join within one week.

This role requires advanced knowledge of planning tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive project timelines efficiently in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

✅ Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Certification in Primavera P6 or MS Project is an added advantage.

✅ Experience:

• 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.

• Proven expertise in planning, scheduling, and monitoring civil construction projects.

• Prior hands-on experience in high-rise and mid-rise residential building projects is strongly preferred.

✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel.

• Deep understanding of project lifecycle, WBS, CPM, and EVM methodologies.

• Capable of preparing baseline schedules, progress updates, delay analysis, and EOT claims.

• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and local construction norms.

• Knowledge of BIM or AutoCAD is a plus.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed project schedules and monitor progress across all stages.

• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.

• Generate and present progress reports, dashboards, and delay analysis for stakeholders.

• Proactively identify project delays and suggest effective mitigation strategies.

• Attend project meetings and contribute to resource planning and procurement scheduling.
