Allianz Partners is seeking a Senior Medical Claims Officer to join their Dubai team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service to clients by efficiently assessing, processing, and approving medical claims according to company standards. The officer will also contribute to team success by setting, monitoring, and achieving individual and team objectives while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and approve medical claims and ensure proper policy use.

• Guide and support Medical Claims Officers in handling complex medical cases to optimize quality and output.

• Monitor daily case output and reduce errors in claim processing.

• Evaluate treatment plans and provide approvals based on policy conditions.

• Offer second opinions on cases with doubtful treatment plans.

• Manage high-cost and complicated claims.

• Provide clear feedback to call center teams and clients on declined claims.

• Perform routine claims administration, coordinate workflow, and meet deadlines.

• Evaluate claims eligibility and provide on-the-job training to team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Dentistry.

• Minimum 2 years of practical medical experience (experience with insurance providers, brokers, or TPAs is a plus).

• Physically fit to perform duties.

• Legally permitted to work in the UAE.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet research.
