Udacity, now part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Manager for Societal Impact Programs to oversee large-scale projects in the Middle East and Asia, focusing on UAE and KSA. This hybrid, full-time role involves managing partnerships with governments, enterprises, NGOs, and educational institutions to drive talent transformation and societal impact through digital skills programs. The ideal candidate combines project management expertise, partnership/client management, and knowledge of the tech job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as project/program manager for large-scale Societal Impact and Enterprise programs.

• Manage senior clients and partner teams directly and independently.

• Oversee end-to-end program execution and pre-launch processes.

• Measure, analyze, and report program outcomes against KPIs.

• Maintain high customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

• Coach partners and stakeholders on Udacity methodologies for self-sufficiency.

• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and problem-solve program elements.

• Liaise between internal and external stakeholders at key milestones.

• Support career-building efforts and ensure student outcomes are achieved.

• Establish and maintain relationships with governments, semi-government entities, NGOs, universities, and top-tech firms.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• 7+ years experience in project management, partnerships, or client management, preferably in consulting, education, or technology sectors.

• Proven track record managing complex projects across geographies.

• Experience working with government/semi-governmental entities in UAE and KSA.

• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple work streams, meet deadlines, and influence decision-makers.

• Passion for digital transformation, learning, and technology-driven projects.

• Willingness to travel within the GCC and occasionally internationally.
