NielsenIQ is hiring a Senior Manager – CPG Sales to lead client relationships with major FMCG brands across the UAE. This hybrid full-time role is perfect for an experienced market research professional with deep industry insights, exceptional consultative selling skills, and a passion for driving business growth through data and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in FMCG market research, a strong understanding of the UAE/GCC markets, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. As a key member of the Strategic Analytics and Insights team, you’ll manage end-to-end client research engagements, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that shape consumer strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow key FMCG client accounts, aligning research solutions with business needs.

Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC region.

Lead research briefings, proposal development, and project milestone tracking.

Act as the primary contact for client communications, including feedback and issue resolution.

Handle client financials including invoicing, budgeting, and collections.

Provide strategic insights to internal leadership on industry trends and client developments.

Interpret data using market analysis tools and deliver consultative recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in market research, specifically within the FMCG industry.

Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.

Deep understanding of technical aspects of FMCG briefs and data analytics tools.

Proven experience in consultative selling and proposal writing.

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

Familiarity with UAE/GCC markets and multinational agency experience is a plus.
