Samsung Gulf is seeking a Senior Manager – AC B2B Consultant Sales to manage relationships with mechanical consultants, developers, and major projects across the MENA region. This role involves leading the consultant sales team, driving strategic market growth, and ensuring the company’s HVAC solutions are well-positioned in large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in the HVAC sector.

Build and maintain relationships with key mechanical consulting firms and contractors in the MENA region.

Lead a team of consultant sales professionals and provide strategic guidance in key projects.
-
Offer technical support and consultancy services for major HVAC projects.
-
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

Create promotional tools and training materials for customers.

Engage in project analysis and develop tailored HVAC solutions based on customer specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

Minimum of 12 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on pre-sales, technical consulting, or project engineering.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, especially VRF solutions, design principles, and standards.

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Expertise in CRM and sales processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

In-depth knowledge of local and international codes, standards, and regulations.
