Confidencial is hiring a Senior HR Executive to manage and coordinate key HR functions including employee records, visa management, performance appraisals, recruitment, training, and compliance. The role supports organizational HR needs while ensuring regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records and manage visa issuance, renewals, cancellations, and amendments in coordination with Labour Affairs at the Ruler’s Court.

Oversee passport release, visa stamping processes, and official document tracking (labour cards, health insurance, occupational health cards).

Manage staff appraisals, increments, and performance evaluations alongside department managers.

Maintain employee data in SAP; coordinate with Finance for payroll accuracy and compliance.

Screen and source candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding and orientation.

Prepare and maintain annual training programs and training records.

Compile monthly HR reports, manage employee databases, and assist with employment budgeting.

Coordinate with PRO, drivers, and arrange company events, transportation, and accommodation.

Provide general HR support, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

HR certifications such as PHR or CIPD Level 3 preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Executive.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and government regulations.
