Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in the lubricant and automotive sector. In this role, you will take ownership of creating compelling visual content across print and digital platforms, with a special focus on product packaging and branding for lubricant products. Your designs will help enhance product appeal, strengthen brand identity, and ensure clear communication with customers in a competitive industrial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging & Label Design: Design innovative and technical product packaging and labels that reflect the high quality of our lubricants.

• Marketing Collateral: Create impactful brochures, flyers, banners, posters, trade show visuals, and promotional material aligned with brand strategy.

• Digital Content Creation: Develop attention-grabbing graphics for social media, website content, email campaigns, and online ads.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified visual identity across all platforms in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to deliver effective visual solutions tailored to project goals.

• Trend Awareness: Stay informed about industry design trends and competitors to continuously bring fresh ideas to our visual assets.

• Print & Production Ready: Prepare final designs with accurate formats, colors, and resolution for high-quality printing and manufacturing.

• Feedback & Refinement: Incorporate stakeholder input to finalize and perfect designs efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the lubricant, automotive, or industrial sectors.

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign). Experience with 3D tools is an advantage.

• Creative Thinking: Strong visual ideation and conceptualization skills with a modern design sensibility.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in translating technical product information into simple, effective visual communication.

• Sector Knowledge: Understanding of lubricant industry-specific branding and product presentation challenges.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field.

• Communication Skills: Effective team communication, feedback management, and cross-functional collaboration.
